What is your shipping policy?
We are pleased to offer complimentary standard shipping on all US orders over $150. For orders under this threshold, a flat rate applies. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, US orders arrive within 3-5 business days. All customers receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. We also offer international shipping to select countries.
Do my frames come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Owen Silva piece is backed by a 365-day warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our eyewear. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper care. For warranty claims, please contact our support team.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for all frames in unworn, new condition with all original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate the return process for a refund or store credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Our collections are crafted from globally-sourced, premium materials. Our acetate frames are made from rich, hand-polished Mazzucchelli acetate, known for its durability and depth of color. Our metal frames are forged from lightweight, surgical-grade stainless steel for a perfect balance of strength and comfort.
